What to use when detailing my X5

I'm going to detail my X5 this weekend but wasn't quite sure what is an "approved" commercial product for the dash and on the pastic/wood...etc.

Anyone have suggestions?

Don't put anything on your dash or wood except a warm wet towel. Nothing protects better than nothing on interior materials. Go to the detailers domain forum on this site to get the best products.

Meguiars quik interior detailer works great, doesn't leave any marks but gets rid of the dust nicely.

Einszett Cockpit Premium is the best product for the interior.

Leaves behind a nice matte finish, restores moisture into the vinyls, and has a very mild citrus scent.

After discovering this product I will never use anything else.

For the leather, use Zaino Leather in a Bottle:

I use the high end Zymol products for leather and they have a dash board cleaner/protectant that does not 'shine'. I used ONE spray for the entire dash and controls. Then I won't use it again for months, just damp soft cloth.

got most of the stuff from autobarn.com

I've heard that Einszett is amazing stuff too though
