Watch out at 150,000 BMW sends a remote signal to your X5 where everything starts to slowly break. Just kidding its all good and welcome to the 150K club

Some of the more common stuff you should do is visually inspect all the drive belts (no wear or breakage) check the coolant level and flush if necessary. Get under your car and look at the suspension components (CV boots etc)
Plus now would be a good time to get fresh filters put in if you have never done that before (engine air filter and cabin you could also do the fuel filter if you wanted to) Just keep up with your oil and filter changes and everything should be fine.

Absolutely yes. My suggestion is to ignore it and put it out of your mind like you are no where near that mileage. In fact, better yet, put a piece of black tape over the last three zeros so that it looks like the car has 150 miles. Of course then don't forget that you are still in the break-in period, so no full throttle acceleration, kick-down, redlining, etc. Keep in mind also that you are now still within the 50,000 mile warranty period, so next visit to the dealer make certain to demand your free maintenance, etc.

Fear... well, some say that when you hit 88mph in this car with that type of mileage, odd things happen.. suddenly the car becomes younger.
If you have some bad pixels and that "1" is missing, your conscience about its mileage is better and things wont break. Realistically, just make sure the tranny isn't doing anything funky.

I liken it to having my second kid graduate from college, no student loans, degree in hand, free and clear, woo hoo.! it is time to wash/wax her, change her fluids, then take her out turn up the tunes and step on the throttle and then follow up with a big celebration. Congrats.
