Yes it's pretty loaded short of the rear seat side door airbags and the sliding load floor (which it's hard to tell if it indeed doesn't have). They have other 'is models for sale including a nice black sapphire with cream two-tone interior. I'd check that one out as well.
The black one has been sold a while back. Anything on their site with a phone number is usually sold. They sold the Silver one for 32K out the door, which I thought was a fair price given for the car.

If you would ever need to tow, try to find one with hitch as it is about $1000 to get one put on @dealer and supply has been off/on. Try your best to get one with bmw extended warranty as long as you are not paying too large a premium to do so.
Good luck, I love mine.

Great advise Scott, I'm learning a lot reading this thread. I thought navi was a standard option since they all have the screen there. Now I will include that to my questions when I call. I like silver and red! I'm hoping to find a 2006 one with some left over warranty and I can personally clean up the car using a warranty sweep. I've loved my M3's warranty. I twas great to me. Allowed me to make my car brand new.

Was also very interested in this one, was just told this once just sold as well. I loved the miles, and the condition of the car was spectacular. Seems like the low miles one are going very fast. This one looked just like the one from my first like from EEE Dealership!

If they have the large display they have nav. Non-nav is very obvious on the e53, it will have a strip of wood trim across the middle. I agree on trying to find one with at least a little orig. warranty as that will cover wear & tear that the cpo won't. I probably don't need to tell you finding an e53 with under 4 years of service is becoming harder and harder as the e70 was coming out about 4 years ago. Didn't know I wanted silver until I drove her. I also like lm blue and i red as they are typically only on iSes.

Get a PPI (pre-purchase inspection) by a reputable BMW dealer. Trust me, it'll save you a lot of money in the end.

I know I did that on my E55 AMG, and was able to get extra 500 dollar off for tires. It paid for the $150 I spent on the PPI.

That low mileage is difficult but not impossible to find. Wonder what I will get for my 5 year old baby when I part.

I found this for sale. Looks familiar as I remember some member posting pics with these wheels.

Guess he refers to the lack of airbags on the rear side doors.
