These are probably the caliper guide bolt bushes (PN B34.11.1.157.038) otherwise known as 'Repair kit guide bush'. There are 2 on each brake caliper, quite expensive for what they are. I just replaced my front ones this last week after noticing quite a lot of play on the moving part of the brake calipers (100500 miles).

They are either talking about that or the thrust arm bushings. Did you ever replace your worn bushings etc.?

Yes, could also be referring to the thrust arm bushings. I've just replaced mine & the corresponding ball joints, also front & rear stabiliser bushes & drop links. Everythings' nice and firm but intend doing rear subframe bushes sometime in the next 6 months. Bought the car at 94k so I was expecting to have to do this.

i know the thrust arm is No.6, to be honest i get a bit confused as the parts seem to have more than one name used for them! thanks in advance
