NAV Bluetooth question, please help
I have had my X5 for almost 2 years now. 06 4.4 loaded to the gills. My bluetooth is built into the nav unit. It has worked fine up until few days ago the indicator is a solid RED. I cannot re-connect my phone and the car is not recognizing the cellphone. How do i re-set or fix this. Thanks guys. Robert

have you tried to delete the bt connection on the phone itself? and re-instate the connection?

I also read somewhere (a few weeks ago) to disconnect the car battery for more than 30 minutes then reconnect it. I think you have to re-pair the bluetooth again after that.

I had similar issue on my 4.4 2006. BT is not "build into" nav but a separate module on the left side of the trunk compartment (diagonaly installed). I disconnected fuses to the system (in the trunk, right side) to correct this. Might be easier than battery.

Guys, I have tried everything! Still no luck. The middle light indicator on the top right of nav screen is a solid red. I have disconnected the actual BT unit, the battery and fuse. Nothing is helping.....
