Hi Weasel, the electic drive motor for activating the clutch only works when the car is started, right? So the AWD only works when the car is started. In pre-facelifted X, the AWD works whenever the car is started or not because it is fix AWD. I found that, on pre-facelifted X, when you jack up the car, front wheel cannot be rotated on single side, when you try to rotate one side front wheel, the other side rotates together. However, on facelifted X, when you jack up the X, front wheel can be rotated on single side, when you try to rotate one side front wheel, the other side front wheel does not rotate together.
