Is it the sunroof itself making the noise or is it the headliner surrounding it? I have noticed a slight (but persistent) creaking on the drivers side of my sunroof but I am pretty sure it is the headliner making it. Almost as if some of the adhesive has let go and the headliner is chaffing against the roof??? I am going to attempt to fix it with a syringe full of Goop injected in the trouble spots.

Parker,
Im pretty sure its the glass roof itself, as i can sometimes bring on the creak by forcing the glass up and down myself.I just cant pinpoint the exact spot to lubricate. But saying that, ive squirted just about everything i can find with silicon spray but to no avail. It sounds like plastic rubbing against plastic somewhere.Im gonna get the buggar this weekend if its the last thing i do,its driving me bonkers. Regards, SIMON.

Mine (pano) creaks when cornering or going over bumps for the first few minutes after being closed - seems like it needs a little time to "seat" itself.

I notice the same thing, it comes from the plastic piece that joins the 2 panels.
