Bluetooth Need Help!!!!!

Recently my 2003 3.0i bluetooth stop working, and cannot get the pairing message to come up. I had try unplug the module several times but still the same. I thought the module is bad, bought another module and is still the same. Just cannot get the pairing message to come up. Anyone know what else I should try to look for the problem.

The little plug on the pairing button ,the one under the center console , has been known to come off. Dont know why but have heard others with this problem.

Is this an easy fix or I should buy another whole new pairing button with the eject box. Thanks
