***Help with bushing choices***

I have a 06 4.4i sport X5. Has only air ride in rear. (BTW) I need to replace bushings in control arms and sway bars. Shaking at higher speeds. I want to run the poly bushings but do not know if I have steel or aluminum arms. Any help with this would be awesome. I am refusing to take it to the dealership. I have read most about this on this great website but would love to know what, how, when etc. for this application. Funds are not an issue just want to have it done right. Thank you.
