Rattle in front end when going over small bumps

So I get a rattle sound when I go over small bumps in the raod. I am thinking something is loose but when I jack up the truck the stabilizer bars are solid with no movement, and everything looks solid. At my last BMW appointment the said thrust rod bushing were loose/worn and stabilzer bar was worn/loose but those look solid.
thanks guys

I had that same problem and every time I jacked up I couldn't see anything and the stabilizer links look great. I decided to buy new links and once I took the old ones off, you can push into the bushing and see/feel the locking and popping. Stabilizer links replacement worked for me.

Got mine from: ThePartsBin.com

Just enter the make, year, model of your X and you will get all categories of parts available for your vehicle.

for the installation: It was pretty easy if you have a lift, if no it can get troublesome. Once you un-mount both front wheels on a lift, it took me less than an hour.

I did the work myself, but not without a lift. It is pretty straight forward.

its easy take off the front wheels after you jack the car up and place stands underneath.

They are chop sticks looking, about an 1/8th inch thick bolted vertical.

Was gonna tell you there is a write up,
but heres the link instead.

While you have the wheel off and on stands, Id also recomend to check your inner and outer CV boots.
