Window Regulator Screws stripped. Needed Help!!!

One of the screw stripped while I was trying to remove the front passenger window regulator. Now I cannot get the regulator out.

Oh, forgot to mention that is the plastic clip that holding the regulator and glass, and I stripped the screw. Now I am stucked. Can I use a drill to drill the screw out, is it safe to do so? Am I going to break the glass? Any other way to get that screw out? Thanks

The sell kits at the hardware store for getting out stripped screws. I don't see why that wouldn't work in this case. If the screw is ruined, you can try to drill it out as well. I would think that the window would be pretty damn hard to break by hand. Just be reasonable with the amount of pressure you apply.

use the drill method. that glass is not going to break. just start with a really small drillbit first than gradually get bigger
