Weasel will become famous soon enough
With a low battery and the added draw of the starter the voltage can drop low enough to lose clock memory... Why the battery is low would require testing to be sure.

How old is that battery?

I'm not sure I'm gonna check Tom, but I'm assuming it's the one that came with my car, it's a 2004 and I bought it a year ago. Also I have to step on the gas to have my car start up, if that means anything

If it is the original battery from 04 it is really due to be changed, that is about the longest life you can get from a battery.

And my name is Daniel, you may have been thinking of mrbmwx5 when you said Tom.
