X-5 dash board indicator

My X-5 is indicating that a rear tail light and both front headlights are out.

Which is just the opposite as all the lights are working - nothing burnt out.

How can I correct this "wrong" signal? I have removed each light bulb and verified that are "good" - yet the dashboard continues to them me they are out.

Since this is obviously something wrong witht he compute....I am sure that the Texas heat of +100' may be the fault.

Is there any danger of making a long trip? I mean is the computer module going to shut down my engine?

Thanks for the input

Research taillight indicator. There are alot of threads on this here. As for the headlights I'm not so sure.
