Alignment weighting of truck

So I searched but to no avail, how MUCH weight in the X5 when doing a four wheel alignment? Put "X" amount on each side of vehicle etc. I am about the only person in the vehicle 99% of the time. No rear passengers EVER and my wife in the passenger seat on occasion.

So do I still need to weight the car?
This is an '03 X5 3.0i manual shift.
