Well...........
On the Plus side, they appear to be a competent replica of a BMW wheel style. Obviously the price is attractive, as you are not paying the usual manufacturer + $tealer margin of many hundreds percent.

On the minus side,
* You may have them delivered only to find that on the inside casting, shaded red it says Coca Cola @tm.
* The safety standards required by your state/country design rules may be lacking, placing you in an indefensible position if you should be involved in a traffic incident where wheel failure can be cited as a contributing factor. Check with your registration authority and insurance company. Insurance may decline to cover you if you modify using non OEM parts.
* It is most unlikely that the manufacturer/Vendor has the legal right to use the BMW Roundel on their products. This is not the purchaser's problem, but I would expect that BMW and your local "trademark" authorities would be inclined to try and shut this person down. Similarly, I would expect that the wheel design is registered, and therefore this is may be an unauthorised copy.
* The vendor does not advertise a legitimate "storefront" with name/address/phone/ business number/registration credentials. You are simply buying from some bloke in the internet cloud. No avenue for warranty/refund redress. If you do buy, use paypal or similar, although be prepared for a long and drawn out battle if you need to make a buyer protection claim.
* Ebay is a very risky place to do business. This marketplace it has run its course, and due to its failure to take action to eliminate unlawful trade practices by its vendors, and support duped buyers in a timely manner, it is no longer a viable place for safe transactions.

In short, if you cannot identify a legitimate business front that you would be happy to deal with outside Ebay, then why would you consider making this purchase on Ebay?

There have been many occasions like this where I wish someone had slapped me around the face and said "don't do it". My advice is to only buy from a place where you can view the product beforehand, and satisfy yourself as to the legitimacy of the vendor.
