Exclamation Help With Angel Eyes

I have installed the Angel Eyes kit about a year or so on my 2002 x5 it worked fine no issue until recently when the battery went down I tried to Jump start the car and all of the sudden I lost the AE functionality none of them is turning on. I checked all the connection and all looks good. The way I have it installed is using the wire harness kit that has a relay and a fuse, this link has a good pic of it http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/x5/...-2003-x5s.html Anyway I tried to apply 12v right before the ballast and the acctual rings powered on ok on both sides. I checked the fuse and it looked ok and I replaced the relay with another one i got from Autozone and no sign of success !!!! what do you guys suggest for further diagnostics? Also how can I test the relay to make sure that the Relay is or isn't the problem ?
