STRANGE BUT TRUE

I had to replace my BCM recently. Things were all fine, but now for some reason everything works the opposite way.

When I drive off it says "door open" and the interior light is on as if the door is open. When I switch off the ignition, it says "lights on" as if the door is open with the headlights on even though the door is closed.

Then when the door is open, the lights fade out as if the door is closed?

I've disconnected the battery and still nothing.

Any ideas?
