2006 Instrument Cluster

The pixels on my instrument cluster are nearly all shot, beyond repairing or fixing and out of warranty.

The instrument cluster needs to be replaced.

So I am thinking to directly buy one for a 2006 with the chrome rings as standard.

Can you please help me answer the following:

Please note that my X5is a EURO spec one.

1- Using realOEM i found this as the latest instrument cluster available for a 2006 X5:

Which is the one I need (part number) and what is the difference between:

RMFD INSTRUMENT CLUSTER, UNCODED and INSTRUMENTS COMBINATION UNCODED ???

2- Will it work easily (plug & play) or does it need to be installed by the dealer and programmed?

3- Will I loose my current odometer mileage and memory?
