Vanos Question

I went to the dealer for an ispection and was told my vanos seal is leaking. Ive read that you cant replace the seal on a 4.4 just a disk, can anyone tell me where this supposed seal or disk is so I can take look at this for myself. Any help is appreciatehd thank you
