Rear fog lights help

Moved to euorpe with US spec X5 (2005). All good except having issues to istall rear fog lights. I followed excellent instructions on this forum, but I don't have TCM (trail hitch kit) installed. Is there a way to get power from LCM to rear light dircetly without TCM? New light switch is installed ok and light in the dash is on. I would need to know if I ca just run a wire from LCM to rear fog lights w/o TCM.

All help on this case would be great.
