Question Where could i buy the DSP cable?

hi guys.
i need dsp cable for my cd changer.
So where could i buy this DSP cable?
My friends told me that other name is gonna be coax cable.
i asked the bmw bavaria dealer but they don't have it.
so if i buy this coax cable from any electronic store do you think it will work?
here is the one i found and I added picture :

RG-6 SHIELDED COAXIAL CABLE - 1.2M (4 FT)

RG-6 SHIELDED COAXIAL CABLE - 1.2M (4 FT)

RG6 is TV coax, I have the DSP cables in stock - let me know if you need one.
