4.4 wheels on a 3.0

Assuming same size ie 17" wheels, do 4.4 wheels fit EXACTLY on a 3.0.
Mine is a 2006 3.0, and I think his was a 2003 if that matters.

Thanks

The 4.4 has 18-inch wheels as standard. They will fit on a 3.0-litre.

My 06 3.0 Sport/Prem has 18", but I don't know if these are the same wheels used on the V8's

Are you trying to put snow tires on these rims, I know tire-rack sells 17" for both 3.0 and 4.4i for snow tires; so yes the 17" clear E53 X5 stock brake calipers.

Are these BMW OEM rims? sounds like aftermarket, though they'll clear the brake you may want to check the offset to make sure they are not rubbing suspension parts.

Yes I am looking to put snows on the wheels. They are genuine OEM wheels, but they are off a 4.4. I used Tire Rack as a guide, but I always double check here to be extra safe.

Thanks

yes they will fit. i have 18's for winter and will be changing to 17's soon. get oem's cheap off craigslist, like $200 for all four rims...

rimboltpattern.com has some specs for you
or realoem.com and search the rims.
