Loose drivers side wing mirror

Hi,

Ive noticed that my wing mirror is loose in that it has some play in it. I can see an end cap on the bottom and was wondering whether that where the bolt is located to nip it tight?

Thanks in advance

i had the same problem on my car. the dealership actually ended up replacing the entire mirror assembly under warranty. I'd definitely try tightening the bolt on the bottom though

Try pulling the mirror in by hand towards the rear of the car then press the fold mirrors button. Mirror clicks and then should be tight.

I have had to tighten mine a few times over the years. Just pop the plastic cover off carefully and tighten with a screw driver. It will hold you for a while.
