But hay I'd trade that for a V8 any day but due to fuel costs over here that aint going to happen.

But not in North America. BMW must have figured that somebody would sue them.

im sure there are many lol ...since we sue for burning our mouths on HOT coffee over here...but what do you think this could pose a problem for?

know in the UK a few years ago electric windows on some cars kept going up regardless of anything being in the way i.e childrens fingers

I would still give away all the gadgets for a V8.

Yea a fantastic sound with a smooth feel to boot. I did look at getting one LPG but bottled it and went for the 3.0d
