my key FOB makes the windows go down...i want the up option too lol can a dealer program my FOB to do that?

So if you lock the car and keep your finger on the button your windows will not go up ? Thought this would be standard over the range, mine will also close the sun roof

But hay I'd trade that for a V8 any day but due to fuel costs over here that aint going to happen.
