Acid Mark

Anyone know how to clear acid mark? or am i looking at an expensive fix?

I have tried the bug/tar spray and cleaned/waxed but it's still there, not sure if it's eaten into the metallic paint.(X is Metallic Black)

I will try to add pics later, thanks for your help.

wet sand, heavy buff compound , light cut and then wax really well this method removes alot of oxydation problems and yes acid in any form is an oxidizer

thanks,

I did take it to the detailing shop and they removed it for me plus washed/waxed it, it's looking good again.
