Need to identify what this is, and where it goes

This is really strange. I was in the process of moving my 03 4.4i's windshield washer reservoir out of the way as one of the early steps in the procedure to replace my car's valve cover gaskets. As I was struggling to disconnect one of the connectors that I thought went into the reservoir, the thing in the photo below came out. I didn't catch what it came out of, and I can't figure out what it goes into, which is weird, considering how big it is (3.5" total length). Can anybody help? Thanks.

Weasel will become famous soon enough
That is not a light bulb, it is the fluid level sensor for the washer bottle you removed. It installs in the bottom and twist locks in place.

Thanks; that's what makes the most logical sense, but I couldn't find an opening on the underside of the reservoir where this sensor should twist into. I even tried using a mirror. I guess I didn't look hard enough. I'll look some more. Just wanted to confirm that it doesn't go to something else that I accidentally knocked loose while struggling with the connector.

Yes, that's what it was. I found the connector it screws into in the underside of the windshield washer fluid reservoir; pretty obvious, actually. Thanks for the help.
