replacement parts

just a question, I have an '02 e53, and I am going to tighten up the rear. I was told rear upper was loose, but it seems like the torsion bar/ rear front ( the straight one) upper bar has a little wiggle. does anyone have experience or opinions on replacement parts for control arms and tension struts
autotrust has a 3 year warranty- but are they any good, is febi better?
febi -i could not find guiding suspension link/upper tension bar, i assume their control arms are good, but is it better or as good as the $400 oem part?
mevotech seems cheap
also any experience with shock seats westar, febi, gabriel, lemfoerder?
a few bucks more cost is always easier than ripping it out again!
