little switch on back doors around latch area

Call my stupid....what does that little switch on the back doors near the latch do???? Thank you in advance!!!

It reclines your back seats. There should be one on both sides to independently control each of the two seat sections. Excellent if you have kiddos in carseats...nice to recline them a bit so that when they fall asleep their heads don't fall forward.

No no ....on the doors when you open them..if you look at the door latch theres a little switch

Sorry, I misunderstood your question. Are you referring to the child safety lock switch?

Yep, child safety lock. If flipped up the door does not open from the inside.
