Hi there,
I just read your other thread and I have a question now, when you get a Trans Fail warning what are you actions? How do you feel the X? If you stop, does it go slow even with a full throttle? Does the Failsafe mode go away once you restart the X? Bad battery? Bad Alternator?

I wouldn't drive the X any further and just would research an independent transmission garage and get it towed there(will be cheaper to get it rebuilt there) unless the dealer sold it to you is gonna recognize that they were butt holes by selling you the X with a broken tranny and will take care of replacement one for free.
