ABS DCS ....

Hi all!

My first post here even though I have been reading a lot of posts here in the past. Thanks to everyone that contributes!!

I have a 3.0, 2001 e53.

I have the common ABS DSC etc for the second time in a year. Last time odo and trip went out too. It turned out to be the rear left ABS sensor.

This time ABS DSC comes on after driving about two miles. Seems like it might be temperature related. I live in Norway and it is mighty cold up here..

Anyway, was going to test the wheel sensors through the abs connector. As far have been able to read the pin out is:

13,29 RL
30,31 RR
28,12 FL
15,16 FR

Can anyone confirm this? I can't get any reading on the RR one..

BMW diagnostics shows the following:

0001 LRA
0090 IKE
005A DSC
001E DSC: (RL abs sensor)
00BD IKE
IHKA: AUC sensor
0029: DSC (steering angle)

Now, I haven't taken the car to the dealer since I bought it so these may or may not be current.

Any suggestions?
