passenger rear window

hi, someone recently slammed door hard, window just fell down. it seems the thread around it that pulls it up and down has snapped. can it be fixed, and what do i need to buy. thanks

Probably need a new window regulator.

Window Regulator. X5s eat these things...i had to replace all 4 on my last X all within 3 weeks time...at least german design is consistant i guess lol

they are very "plasticy" and wear.
