2004 Front bumper removal

I have to change one of the center front PDC sensors on my 2004 X5, and from I was told I have to remove the bumper to replace it (if its an easier method reaching them, let me know please, hehe)

Anyways, the guide here on the site how to remove the bumper only regards the pre 2004-version (http://www.xoutpost.com/articles/x5/...r-removal.html), and the link to the post 2004 is broken, at least for me. Anyone can tell me how to remove the bumper to change this sensor?

its pretty much the same except you have to remove the foglight trim to remove a screw.
