Is this a good deal for Staggered 20inch Toyo Proxes STII's?

$963 installed, out the door for 2 fronts 275 40 20's and 2 rears 315 35 20's.

I priced them at Treadepot first and took the invoice to Discount tire

That looks like a pretty good deal to me. I dont think you'll get them installed for less than that

i just checked treadepot and i got a price of $781 shipped to new york. so the difference is $182 so lets say they are charging u $182 dollars to install that seems a little much.

so did i from treadepot,my local charged $20 a tire mounted & balanced total $780..

Very good deal, that is what I am running on mine except I am running Vredesteins. I also purchased a set of hubcentric spacers (20 MM) to push the rear wheels out to match the front in terms of the stance...looks very good!

Driven is an unknown quantity at this point
Treadepot has amazing prices on the Toyo's. I know where I am ordering my next set of tires from.
