DDMTUNING.COM stay away from them

I got the webstore ddmtuning.com off bimmerfest's site as a sponsor i believe. I ordered stocked parts from them, paid for them with next day shipping. i was informed later they weren't actually stocked it would take a week to send. then later i was informed the prices had gone up quite a bit. i said ok just send the damn parts. over 3 weeks has passed and they still havent shipped. tomorrow i am cancelling the order and cancelling with my credit card company. i'd stay away from them

DDM's hit or miss when ordering (usually miss lol), they take a very long time to ship and it's super overpriced...

the prices were cheapest i found when i placed the order, then they emailed me saying all the prices went up quite a bit. who does business like this??

I ordered two seperate HID kits from them on two seperate occasions and had them both within a week or so. No issues whatsoever. Wonder what your order issue is.

Is there more to this? Perhaps they are having an issue with getting stock and not divulging that to you? Hope you get it worked out.

what a bunch of A-holes. i called today to see what is up. they say some of my order will ship really really soon and some later on. (what the F%^K does that mean?). i told them to cancel the order. the guy says well there will be a restocking fee. WHAT?? he wouldnt get those words out of his mouth if we were face to face. i told him good luck with that. ( a restocking fee for something he doesnt have and never sent?) called AMEX and disputed the charges. stay away from these jerks

I've never heard of a restocking fee for cancelling an order that was out of stock. I guess they had to restock the electrons on their computer order system.
