I hate to bother you again but I just called prenskeparts and they told me they can't order that key for me unless I provide them with it's key code. They said when I first bought them they come with a code number printed on a paper, I bought them from eBay and they didn't come with any code. If your ones have the rounded shape head at the end of the key and you have the code may I have the code please so hopefully I would be able to order it! Or if you have any other ideas please advice! Thank you!!

I had the same problem, I called the dealer and you need the code number from the original invoice which I don't have.
I used channel locks or pliers to take it on/off.

the key code you need is behind the head of the nut you are trying to remove. it is a two letter code usually. just use needle nose or other plier to get it off this time.

you can also call the dealers and see if they have keys in their shop. they can try them and see if they work.

Hi there and thanx for the reply and the pictures! Nice X5 by the way! I have the same bodykit. No my racks are not the same as these ones but one of my friends had those racks and I tried his key and it worked on my racks but again he doesn't have the key code! No I still havn't ordered them because no dealer knows how to order them without the key code. Also I checked behind the nut head and there is nothing! No numbers! If you have a spare key I would like to buy it of you. Can you please send me a picture of it to make sure it's the right one? Here's my email [email protected] thanx man!!!
