Anyone dealt with www.depoautolights.com?

As per the title, has anyone dealt with Sonar | Depo | TYC | Lambo Doors | Headlights | Aftermarket Tail Lights

I ordered from there a while back and have not heard anything back. They answer emails, but very very slow.

Any feedback is appreciated.

Brett

Depo headlights. I was reading a forum somewhere, thought it was this one, which said they are good to go. However I checked around on here and didn't find anything.

US companies will generally get back via email within 2 days at max, these guys have had the order for 2 weeks and the status is still processing. Apparently they were gonna have a tracking number for me last week although I didn't receive anything.

I have no problems with slow delivery, however I'm not too impressed when they debit my account as soon as the order is made and then don't deliver ASAP.

I am thinking that maybe they are a 3rd party type supplier, getting their products from Asia etc.

You can contact your credit company and dispute the charge. Give your business to another vendor that will take care of their customers. If you want PM me and I can direct you to a vendor who I been buying from for my wife's 4.8is.

Well I have now put a complaint against them through my credit card company. So am now washing my hands of them. Which leads me to my next point. Can anyone who has had a successful dealing with a vendor that sells depo lights, and has actually bought some, either pm me the details of the vendor, or post them up here please?

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
