Programming Auto Lock Feature On My X5 in VA

I wanted to see if anyone knew of any one or any place I could get my X5 programmed to auto lock when I put it in Drive. The dealer is charging big $$$, so I wanted to see if anyone had any suggestions. I am in Northern VA, so anywhere in the greater DC area could work. Thanks for your help.
