Transmission Fluid Change DIY

BUMP.

I just read all 10 pages and learned some new things about my 2005 X5 4.4…


My X has 109k and I want to change the fluid, gasket, filter and rear plug seal.



However, I am still confused on how to do it and I have a couple questions…
1- What kind of Transmission Fluid should I get?
2- Where can I purchase the rear plug seal on the transmission? –I mentioned this because my X is leaking fluid and did some research…found this is a common problem where it leaks.

3- Know any DIY links I can read?
4- Know any websites I can purchase everything?
