so i am about to order it now wich size is direct fit 2.25 or 2.5 or 3.0?

If you have a 3.0i engine - 2.25
If you have a 4.4i/4.6is - 2.5

Not necessarily...several 4.6iS & 4.8iS owners on this forum installed the 2.25 X-pipe. It boils down to the skill-set of the installer.
