Installing Pre-Cat O2 sensors??

For those of you that have replaced your pre-cat O2 sensors, do I need a special O2 sensor socket or can you get in there with a box wrench?

Also where does the ends of them plug into?

Thanks!

depending on the miles, make sure you have a socket, otherwise it may strip due to being run in. I had a go at mine recently and couldn't get them off. only cost 50 bucks from the mechanic to do it, about 8 minutes or something.

Having the O2 tool, only makes it easier. But you can do it with out it. Since the tools is cheap I bought it. And it sure makes changing them quick.
