P codes 2187 and 2189

I have been getting P2187 and P2189 for a while. I clear it with OBDII reader, and it may come back within about 200 miles driving. The car drives fine. The SES light with this code comes up after driving for a while and stopping at a light, when the engine is hot. It is a low engine idle code, mixture being too lean.

I am wondering what has worked for the list member when they got this code before. I know now it is before the air gets split to the two cylinder banks.

Will cleaning the MAF resolve the issue??
