advise on rear cupholder - strange

Guys,

please do not laugh but I am really stuck with that. Bought a cupholder for the rear in ebay and received it now. Stupid me - how does that work?

When I put a can in it falls through - also do not see anything that would prevent that ....

Advise needed - really !

Is there anything missing?

There should be a bar that flips out from beneath the cupholders to rest the can bottom on. Take a peek and see if it is stuck/jammed and maybe you can loosen it.

Thanks but this bar seems to be missing. Any chance for a picture so that I have an idea about how that should look like?

Thanks in advance.
