Nav color - Looks like Red is missing

Hi Experts,

Recently I have noticed the red color missing on my NAV screen. In the absence of red it appears black. This makes the screen look green/blue..

This is the factory unit - MKIV with DSP
I am using the Intravee iPod unit with it

Everything works fine except the display looks weird. Is this just a loose cable - I checked the cables in the bay at the back near the NAV CD/DVD drive at the back. Also the ribbon cable between the display and the base unit seems taut when I touched it

Help!! I hate to throw it and replace it with a new one - my car is only driven 32K miles and it is 2006 and I am out of warranty
