i have taken out filter box all the way to the idle control valve, all seemed solid, i cleaned icv and replaced o ring around the disa which was def leaking some air. im tjhinking about just changing ccv although it seems good, finally got those pics attached of that u shaped hose that ends with no connection and runs behind engine to where i cant see, its not really flexible so there should be something there it can conect to

I guess that's it. Thanks so much guys. I'm just going to order all intake hoses and ccv replacement items. Even the doggone dipstick guide. If that doesn't fix it. What else could be the problem?

I think clearing out the dead bird in the top left of the pic might help alleviate some issues.....

after a little more checking around, i found a small driping amount of oil under ccv on a metal platform and after running my fingers down the return pipe from ccv to dipstick, the insulation feels saturated with oil, im assuming thats where my lean condition is coming from. thanks for all you guys help, if this does nothing then smoke test it is. where the hell do they do those in central NJ
