As a certified instructor for BMW, Audi, Porsche and NASA, I'd be scared to see those belts attached as they are in that X5.
The rear angle is simple all wrong. They should be mounted shoulder level on a harness bar or on a cage. J

I'm at all the BMWCCA events at Road Atlanta, most at Barber for PCA and Audi, and frequently at Roebling. Heading to VIR for a 4 days school in June and Heart of Dixie Chapter in May at Barber.
