Any of you had experience using a BMW SCANNER PA Soft 1.3.6 1.36 BMW Diagnostic Tool?

I just bought mine from ebay hoping that I would be able to change the German language my X5 operates on to English (it's expensive to learn German versus buying the PA Soft

).

I have NO IDEA how to use this. Maybe some of you can share your experience?
