Any issues with DDMT tuning?

Placed an order for a beige rear cargo liner on april 6th and still have not have it shipped out yet I emailed but no response from them and gonna def try calling tmrw. But anyone else have issues from DDM tuning like this by any chance? Thought i was saving some money ordering from them but wasted time instead =/

I've ordered from them before and they were always pretty quick with their shipments. But I just placed an order a month ago and I just received it this afternoon.. I hear they are taking a long time sending things now. Hopefully it's only a temp thing as I would like to order a few more things from then

i have a bad ballast on a HID kit i am trying to return.. but i cant get to them..no one picks up the phone.. i left messages... they have this confusing ticket system to log your issue... no follow up.

I need somewhere else to buy from...

All I need is one replacement ballast... can i buy that seperate? or does it have to match the kit i have?

Any suggestions?

I've ordered multiple times from DDM's OEM parts section and it has always taken a lot longer than expected, but everything arrives and is much cheaper than anyone else online.

Many many many people have... some no, but the majority YES. They are dropping all BMW products soon, and they lost my dollar. Try ecstuning, they are very well organized and give 2 poops about the customer.

Id much rather just spend the extra $$$ just to rest easy, and not be fighting for the order every day.

Ill agree that DDM does warranty their products, but they force you to ship to and from, and sometimes (from what ive heard) they hardly do anything to fix the product, and it just goes on and on.

All-in-all... Good prices, WORST customer service ever.. and shady policys.

Thanks for all the responses, an Update with the DDM tunning..... Got a email... saying basically there was an error with shipping and it was 16 extra dollars... which would make my all weather mat more expensive than alot of other places... So 3 to 4 weeks of waiting resulted in that, i just ended up calling and getting my money back. At least they didnt charge me extra and returned my money quickly =/ sigh wish id get my product though... o well on to ebay i go.

Oh PS: HIDNY is good, i ordered a hid KIT from them and its still going strong no errors no issues 6k. MrBMWx5 recommended me them and i am doing the same.

HIDNY...

Which HIDNY kits do you guys have for your fogs? Is it the digital ballast or slim ballast? I would like to add HIDs in my factor foglight housing.

Thanks,
-Cyrus

I had ordered about 4-5 kits from DDM tuning before I got a bad one. When I called, I asked about an advance replacement, since the car was a DD. I was told to just buy a motorcycle kit. Why? Because there is a $15 non-refundable fee for an advanced replacement ON TOP of the cost that you have to lay out to get a new ballast and get reimbursed for. That ended it for me. I started an HID/LED business in the area and haven't looked back since. It's actually easier to deal with warranties with companies in China than it is here.

In that post the guy used the regular digital ballast kit, i dunno where he attached the ballast to but i believe in other post under the car you can clean the inside bumper and attached the ballast. Do you have Projector fogs btw? if not look on ebay for the depo ones, u dont wana blind ppl lol. Btw when i was searching for that link to that post i came across another where someone was asking which bulb to use in the depo fogs. Mine are H11 but if i buy the depo fogs are they different?
