bmw p0174...help

Been working on uprising of my recently acquired x5. I need help with getting rid of this p0174 code forever! where would i start my diagnosis? thanks in advance.

year? engine? that info should be in your signature btw, you'll probably get helped quicker, any symptoms and what is the mileage???

thanks for this. so basically the engine isn't getting the correct mixture of oxygen? i couldn't understand what "bank 1 too lean" means
