From the sound of it you will need to replace the door latch. The central locking actuator is built in to it. Also, make sure the foam barrier is fully intact and properly stuck, especially the bottom half... If it isn't water can get on the rear floorboard, which is never fun!

I haven't gotten round to this yet but I'm just about to order the door lock actuator. Before I do .....
That door will not open or lock with the lock button on the centre console. It doesn't lock when you hit 5mph and all the other three do. I does not unlock with the remote fob. BUT - it will lock with the remote fob. ![]() I'm guessing a new actuator is the thing to do, but isn't it odd that the door locks with the key fob ? And one more thing. The actuator isn't a part that needs to be coded to the car, is it ?
